CHICKEN FRY WITH COLESLAW SALAD 

1-Chicken-1\2kg
2-Ginger paste-3\4 tbsp
3-Garlic paste-3\4 tbsp
4-Yoghurt-3 tbsp
5-Chilly pwd-3\4 tbsp
6-Salt
7-Plain flour(maida)-4 tbsp
8-Corn flour-1 tsp
9-Water-To make batter
10-Corn flakes crushed-as needed

In a bowl mix 2-6 ingredients.
To this add chicken pieces & turn to coat.
Marinating time-4 hours.
Heat a vessel & cook marinated chicken.Add little water if needed.
When 3\4 of chicken is done, remove it from flame.
Pick out the chicken pieces from gravy & keeo it aside.
In the remaining gravy, add maida, corn flour & required water & make a thick & smooth batter.
Crush corn flakes using grinder.Don't a make it powder.Just a turn is enough.
Dip chicken pc in maida batter, then in cornflakes & turn to coat.
Do the same with remaining chicken pieces.
Heat oil & fry the chicken pieces, untill it turns golden brown.
Serve chicken fry with coleslaw salad.

INGREDIENTS FOR COLESLAW SALAD

1-Carrot very finely chopped-2 tbsp heaped
2-Cabbage very finely chopped-4 tbsp heaped
3-Yogurt -3 tbsp heaped
4-Mayonnaise-3 tbsp heaped
5-Salt-1\4 tsp
6-Sugar-3\4 tsp
7-Pepper pwd-1\4 tsp

In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients.
Take all the ingr in correct proportion.
Refrigerate before serving.
